It’s A GRAND Re-Opening!

In 2019, Emerson Fine Jewelry, formerly Emerson & Farrar, started a transformation. It was decided that the showroom was ready for an update. The original plan was simple, a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. However, Paul Emerson had much bigger plans.

What started out as a refresh quickly became a remodel, and not just any remodel; the store was transformed from the ground to the roof. The original brick walls, dating back to 1891, were exposed, giving us a much more expanded floor space. Remember the double door buzzer entry? That was replaced with an amazing floor to ceiling custom glass entrance. The new design allowed for a significant increase in natural light to showcase the stunning diamonds and colored gems in our showcases. The showroom floor was designed to be very open, welcoming, and exciting.

What was originally planned to be a two month project was officially completed after about a year. In the Spring of 2020, we were so excited to open the new doors and invite our customers and friends to relaunch the new, modern Emerson Fine Jewelry! And then, in an effort to curb the impact of covid-19 downtown Redlands was shut down, just when we were about to have our big ribbon cutting.

After a two month shut down, we opened our new doors and we have been able to stay consistently open thanks to our amazing customers and community; but we never did officially have a party to celebrate the redesign.

The time is now! The Emerson Family would like to invite you to the Grand Re-Opening Party on September 23rd. The festivities will be from 4PM to 8PM with exciting new jewelry, live music, a car show, hors d'oeuvres, libations, and raffle prizes! The party will be held at our store, 27 E. State Street in Downtown Redlands, so you can see the beautiful transformation to our building. 

In attendance will be vendors from two of our new and exciting designer jewelry lines, Roberto Coin and JB Star. Both designer lines  will have a pop-up collection of jewelry available to try on and purchase.

The raffle drawing is for an stunning Roberto Coin Italian-made necklace and earring set, valued at $4,500. All raffle entries must be entered during the event.

We are so excited to celebrate with you all!  The party will be extra safe and lots of fun; we’re ready to finally party!  Please join us on September 23 to celebrate the newly remodeled, Grand Re-opening of Emerson Fine Jewelry.
